TimeCloser

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

TimeCloser does not collect data. It has no servers, accounts, ads or analytics, and does not send your information over the internet.

What stays on your iPhone

Your goals, sessions, priorities, notes, logs, statistics and activity log are stored only on your iPhone. You can export or delete them anytime in Settings › Data and privacy. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Calendar

TimeCloser reads your events to find free time and to compute “Your real schedule” (length, number of attendees and whether an invitation is pending). It only creates, moves or deletes the events it booked itself. It never answers invitations.

Reminders

Only the lists you link to a goal: it reads their pending tasks and marks as done the ones you complete.

Health (optional, read-only)

Sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate from recent days, to adjust the day's load. Never stored and never leaves the iPhone.

Notifications

Reminders for your sessions and summaries, scheduled on the iPhone itself.

Apple Intelligence

TimeCloser uses Apple's on-device model. Your text never leaves the iPhone and Private Cloud Compute is not used.

Subscription

Apple handles payment, the free trial and renewals. TimeCloser only checks on the iPhone whether the subscription is active; it never receives your name, email or payment details.

Diagnostics

The diagnostic report only exists if you export it and choose to share it. If you agreed to share analytics with Apple, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports.
